DATE: October 5, 2016
TIME: 6:30 pm

Annmarie helps parents to eliminate stress and drama in order to create more authentic connection with their children and families.  Learn to tune into the awareness necessary to parent more consciously.  We will explore four simple questions that reveal when we are parenting from authentic love vs fear. This process will enable you to support your children to navigate their lives out in the world, as friends, as students and as human beings!   With this sense of empowerment, our children are far more likely to experience academic success, experience less stress and drama and develop more satisfying relationships.

Join Annmarie Chereso, founder of BringIt! Home, Conscious Leadership Coach, Mindfulness Educator and parent of three and step parent to a few more…. as at the end of this night you will begin to:

•       Eliminate stress and drama in your family once and for all
•       Learn 4 key questions every Conscious Parent asks when faced with parenting challenges
•       Discover how a mindfulness practice supports you and your child to cultivate focus.
